Are you an aspiring or practicing doula looking to join a supportive, collaborative team? We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, professional doulas to work with our diverse clientele.

What We’re Looking for: 

• A certified doula (birth, postpartum, or both) with a passion for supporting families. 

• Strong communication skills, both with clients and the team.

• A commitment to providing compassionate, nonjudgemental care.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 

• Experience with families of all backgrounds is a plus. 

• A positive attitude and a willingness to grow with the agency. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Attend births and provide emotional, physical, and information support to families. 

• Provide postpartum support, including breastfeeding assistance, infant care guidance, and emotional support for new parents. 

• Work collaboratively with WCDoulas team. 

• Participate in team meetings.
